Jesus is God

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily [most assuredly], I say unto you, Before Abraham was [came into existance WU], I am. Jh 8:48-59 (Click gold Scripture references for Principle Interrelations)

Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his [own] Father, making himself equal with God. Jh 5:18

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by [through] him; and without him [there WU] was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. ........ That was the true Light, which lighteth [gives light to WU] every man[, WU] that cometh [was coming] into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew [recognized] him not. ........ And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten [the one and only Son WU] of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried [out], saying, This was he of whom I spake [said], He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace [one gracious gift after another WU]. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. Jh 1:1-4, Jh 1:9-17 Jesus was with God and was God in the beginning.

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Mat 1:23

Which of you convinceth me [can prove me guilty WU] of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? Jh 8:46

Jesus and the Father are One

I and my Father are one. Jh 10:30

That they all may be one; [just WU] as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. Jh 17:21

And all mine are thine [all I have belongs to you WU], and thine are mine; Jh 17:10

That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Jh 5:23

For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; Jh 5:26

Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew [show] us the Father? Jh 14:9

If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do [them], though ye believe not me, believe the works [miracles WU]: that ye may know, and believe [understand WU], that the Father is in me, and I in him. Jh 10:37-38 Jesus said this to the crowd picking up stones to stone him.

Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake [because of the miracles WU]. Jh 14:11 Jesus said this to his disciples in the upper room at the last supper.

Howbeit [however] when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself [on his own WU]; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew [show] you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of [take from what is] mine, and shall shew [show] it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew [show] it unto you. Jh 16:13-15

Jesus sees and came to earth from the Father

Not that any man hath seen the Father, save [except] he which is of [from] God, he hath seen the Father. Jh 6:46

As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by [because of] the Father: so he that eateth [feeds on] me, even he shall live by [because of] me. Jh 6:57

All things are delivered [handed over WU] unto me of [by] my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save [except] the Son, and he to whomsoever [whom] the Son will [chooses to WU] reveal him. Mat 11:27

He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of [from] the earth is earthly [belongs to the earth], and speaketh of [as one from WU] the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. Jh 3:31

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. Jh 8:23

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should [would] not be delivered [handed over WU] to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence [here]. Jh 18:36

Jesus has power

And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue [power] had gone out of him, turned him about [around] in the press [crowd], and said, Who touched my clothes? Mk 5:30

And when they drew nigh [near] unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples, Saying unto them, Go into the village over against [opposite] you, and straightway [immediately] ye shall find an ass [donkey] tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me. And if any man say ought [anything] unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them. Mat 21:1-3 The Lord sets up sequences of events beforehand, makes plans, and then executes them.

For with God nothing shall be impossible. Lk 1:37

And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. Lk 4:14

Jesus has Authority

As [for WU] thou hast given him power [authority] over all flesh [people WU], that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. Jh 17:2

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand[s WU]. Jh 3:35

When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy [paralytic], Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. But there was certain of the scribes [experts in the law WU] sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts, Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only? And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? Whether [which] is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy [paralytic], Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed [stretcher WU], and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion [anything like this]. Mk 2:1-12

For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Jh 5:26-27

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost [Spirit]: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway[s], even unto the end of the world [age]. Amen. Mat 28:16-20

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Lk 1:32-33

Jesus is the Teacher

Neither be ye called masters [teachers WU]: for [only WU] one is your Master {Teacher WU], even Christ. Mat 23:10

Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe [expert in the law WU] which is instructed unto [about WU] the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old. Mat 13:52 The teachings of Christ are complimentary to God’s teaching prior to His time on earth.

Think not that I am come to destroy [do away with WU] the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. Mat 5:17

Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the [be put to] death. But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me [whatever help you might otherwise have gotten from me is a gift devoted to God]; And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect [void] by your tradition. Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias [Isaiah] prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh [near] unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Mat 15:1-9 Jesus knows how to separate human rules from God's principles.

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye [listen to] him. Mat 17:5 God commanded us to listen to His Son.

But Jesus did not commit [entrust WU] himself unto them, because he knew all men, And needed not that any should testify of [about WU] man: for he knew what was in man. Jh 2:24-25

I receive not honour [praise WU] from men. But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. Jh 5:41-42

And they could not take hold of [trap him in] his words before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace [were silent]. Lk 20:26 And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine [teaching]. Mat 22:33  People are astonished and amazed at Jesus; all over the gospels. Jesus has the answers and knows the way it is and will be.

Jesus is The Savior

For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. Lk 9:54-56

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten [one and only] Son, that whosoever believeth in him should [shall WU] not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Jh 3:16-17

For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore [always] give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on [in] me shall never thirst. Jh 6:33-35

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Jh 8:12

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Jh 8:32

I am the door [gate WU]: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. ........ I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth [lays down] his life for the sheep. ........ Therefore [for this reason WU] doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, [only WU] that I might take it [up WU] again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself [my own free will WU]. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it [up WU] again. This commandment have I received of [from] my Father. Jh 10:9,11,17-18

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by [except through] me. If ye had [really WU] known me, ye should [would] have known my Father also: and from henceforth [now on] ye know him, and have seen him. Jh 14:5-7

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily [most assuredly], I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant [slave WU] of sin. And the servant abideth [slave remains WU] not in [with WU] the house [family] for ever: but the Son abideth [for]ever. JH 8:35 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. Jh 8:34-36

Jesus’ Life on Earth: What He did to Save Us from Everlasting Destruction

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel [good news] to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance [proclaim release] to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised [oppressed WU], Lk 4:18

To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by [through WU] the remission [forgiveness WU] of their sins, Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby [by which WU] the dayspring [rising sun WU] from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. Lk 1:77-79

For this is my blood of the new testament [covenant], which is shed for many for the remission [forgiveness WU] of sins. Mat 26:28

And I, if [when WU] I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. Jh 12:32 Christ’s sacrifice is for all people.

And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay [was lying]. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. And they departed quickly from the sepulchre [tomb] with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail [greetings WU]. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they [should] go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. Mat 28:5-10 Jesus Christ rose from the dead three days after being crucified.

And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved [was necessary for the] Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission [forgiveness WU] of sins should [will WU] be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I [am going to WU] send the promise of [what was promised by WU] my Father upon you: but tarry ye [wait] in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued [clothed] with power from on high. Lk 24:46-49

Jesus is coming back

In my Father's house are many mansions [dwelling places WU]: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself [take you to be with me WU]; that where I am, there ye may be also. Jh 14:2-3
