He that believeth on [in] the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not [rejects WU] the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth [remains] on him. Jh 3:36

Mat 21:42-44 He who rejects Christ will fall, be broken into pieces, and crushed, while Christ is elevated to the highest position.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth [from now on], till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Mat 23:33-39 Jesus longs for people even though they reject Him. He wants them to repent and turn to Him for healing, but some are not willing. How will they escape being condemned when they reject and persecute those God repeatedly sends in His name?

For what is a man advantaged [profited], if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away [lose or forfeit his own self]? Lk 9:22-26

And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. Lk 10:25-28 Obeying the two great commandments leads to life. But who can do this and never sin (do harm)?
